During this process we sat down and he explained my policy, each part and what was covered, also how it would act if something was to happen. Instead of telling me that my home was to old to insure and that I would have to find a different agency to insure it, he searched for the perfect company for my needs. During this process I really got to see that he generally cared more about the needs of my family rather than just "making a sale".
