Professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed to excellence would describe the level of service that Mr. Hennebry provided. Throughout the whole process of signing the purchase agreement to signing at closing, Mike was there to answer questions, identify gaps of intelligence information, and ensure the process was executed with excellence. There are many possible set backs when closing on a new home, and Mike was able to anticipate each and every one of them. Mike made the signing for my new home of paramount importance. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Worked with Mike Hennebry to refinance and cash out some equity in our home. We shopped our local bank that was offering No Origination fees against The Mortgage Company and found out that our bank charged "Points" on the loan and didn't offer a zero point option that was competitive. Even with paying one point at the bank the interest rate was significantly higher than The Mortgage Company. Not to mention my wife received the "Everyday Hero" discount which paid for the appraisal. Everything went off without a hitch...the staff was professional and responsive. We are very pleased with our experience.
