- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Visited to pick up a package that I missed at my complex. Didn't bring the slip, but brought an ID. Package couldn't be located in system so I left and came back with slip. Slip mentioned it would be held at this location for 7 calendar days. The gal mentioned it was being held at a different location location and wrote down that address for me. The staff was helpful and nice, but the slip was misleading and an inconvenience to travel to the UPS store 3 times instead of being accurate the 1st time.By Keaton Keaton, August 28, 2017
